The Urban Grind

I have often remarked (to anyone who would listen) that women's evening wear and wedding gowns look a lot like negligees. So when I look at pictures of celebrities in their skimpy evening gowns, it just looks to me like the women did their hair and makeup but otherwise didn't bother getting dressed.

Now it seems this trend is filtering down to ordinary people. Apparently, a 39 year old male jogger in West Memphis, literally could not be bothered to get dressed for his routine jogs.

What the logic of such a person is, I just can't imagine.
