The Election and the Hysteria of the Liberal Elites
With what looks to be a very close election, the liberal elites are getting hysterical over the possibility of a Kerry loss. Several of them say they would move to London, and others say Canada.
I say good riddance, as does, in essence, author Tom Wolfe:
On another note, there was a clash between bovine mocku-mentary maker, America and Israel hater Michael Moore and the MoveOn.org volunteers and Bush supporters in Hyde Park, Tampa, as Moore was claiming he would have hundreds of photographers and videographers at the scene of the election to make sure no stealing takes place this time.
For a hysterical letter to Michael Moore, check out The Middle Ground
Now if Bush should win the Electoral vote, Moore and his ilk will probably rant hysterically about how the Electoral College is unfair...that we must do away with it.
But on a more optimistic note, Republican and Democrat challengers have been allowed, by court ruling to be present at election polls in Ohio. Democrats are happy with the ruling saying they'll be happy to make sure no one is intimidated or disenfranchised. Boo hooo freaking hooo!
I say good riddance, as does, in essence, author Tom Wolfe:
I would vote for Bush if for no other reason than to be at the airport waving off all the people who say they are going to London if he wins again. Someone has got to stay behind.
